Use Areas

Polyflor Colonia PUR is ideal for use in the home in living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, entrance halls and conservatories. On-floor temperatures in conservatories can become quite high. It is strongly advised that, in such situations, a Polyflor recommended high temperature adhesive is used.

How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?

If we receive an order before midday, in most cases we will be able to deliver the following day. If you have a query regarding your delivery, please email floortoyourdoors@gmail.com or phone 01749 674859.

How do i book a delivery?

You will be able to select your desired delivery day on the cart page and also the checkout page, we offer a fast next day delivery booking service, please email floortoyourdoors@gmail.com or preferably phone 01749 674859 for urgent deliveries and we will see if we can help out.

How can i pay?

Paypal:

You can pay using secure payments via PayPal, but you do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit or debit card details directly at PayPal and securely complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account either.

Do i require an underlay?

Carpets come in 2 main backing types so it can be fitted directly to the floor(felt backing) or installed with underlay and gripper rods(felt backing and Actionbac/Secondary backing).

On Carpets that have a choice of backing types you will be able to select a backing type directly on the product page before entering your room sizes.

How do I work out a square meter measurement?
Measure the length of the room, measure the width of the room. Then multiply these two numbers together.

Length in Meters x Width in Meters = Total Square Meters

Note: For complex room shapes, please send us a diagram so we can advise you.

How much waste should I allow when ordering flooring materials?

Carpets, Vinyl flooring and Artificial grass you should add at least 10cm to the length and width of your net measurements to allow for cutting and rooms slightly off square

For tiles and plank flooring you should allow between 10-15% on top of your Net Measurement.

For more awkward area's please give us a call or send diagrams so we can assist you and advise on quantities.
