About Delivery Charges: The £30 delivery charge is calculated per order and not per item, so £30 will be the maximum cost you will pay
Our delivery days are weekdays from monday to friday and deliveries take place between 8am and 5.30pm each day.
You can choose your preferred delivery date on the basket page or during checkout.
We always recommend allowing 3 working days between delivery and fitting so that in the unlikely event of a hiccup it can be resolved without inconveniencing you.

You can pay using secure payments via PayPal, but you do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit or debit card details directly at PayPal and securely complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account either.
Carpets come in 2 main backing types so it can be fitted directly to the floor(felt backing) or installed with underlay and gripper rods(felt backing and Actionbac/Secondary backing).
On Carpets that have a choice of backing types you will be able to select a backing type directly on the product page before entering your room sizes.
Length in Meters x Width in Meters = Total Square Meters
Note: For complex room shapes, please send us a diagram so we can advise you.
Carpets, Vinyl flooring and Artificial grass you should add at least 10cm to the length and width of your net measurements to allow for cutting and rooms slightly off square
For tiles and plank flooring you should allow between 10-15% on top of your Net Measurement.
