We offer a nationwide delivery service from monday to friday which covers over 90% of the United Kingdom, Where deliveries take place between 7am and 6pm each day.
You can choose your preferred delivery date on the checkout page, We aim to deliver your purchases on your preferred delivery date however if this is not possible we will inform you at our earliest opportunity. Deliveries can be as soon as next working day and normally no more than 3 working days depending on the product type and delivery area.
We offer a FREE delivery service for all orders over £250, While orders under £250 will incur a £30 charge.
There are a small number of places in the UK where we do not deliver, If you would like to make sure you are in one of our delivery catchment areas then you can use our delivery postcode search
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website
If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider, we may have to charge an additional £30 delivery cost to arrange for re-delivery of the products depending on your location from our regional depot
An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
- You provided the wrong address for delivery
- There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided
- The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
- The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
- There is no person available to accept delivery and provide a signiture
